DVC here we come!!!

Well we just faxed the papers for our Developers Points, planning to use them in the Spring. For anyone out there considering DVC, here is a little bit of info. We bought SSR with a Dec Use Year. Our first allotment of points will be Dec '05. Our first payment wont be due until June '05 and the maint. fees due in Dec '05.

Can't wait to go home!!!

We needed a Dec Use Year and so we had to buy Phase 2 SSR. We opted for the free vacation since we were planning on taking our friends with us in Jan. Now we can all stay at BCV for 6 nights in 2 studios!!! This is the first trip for them with their 2 adopted children (ages 3 & 4) from Russia. We can't wait to show them the WORLD!!!!
