the new DVC in Hawaii? Is there a wishlist club?

I was just wondering about that. Have they started construction? I wonder when they will start selling points?

They are supposed to break ground at Ko'Olina in mid-November. I am sure we're a LONG way off from being able to purchase points. I have not seen a "wish list" club or anything. Sometimes I see one of those pretend siggies floating around that someone put together from the orig. annoucement. Haven't seen one in awhile tho so I don't know where it came from.
