DVC Hawaii Resort

For those of you who want to add a cruise to your Hawaii vacation, are you thinking that Disney will be offering cruises there as well, or are you planning on a different cruise line? I thought I had heard talk that since they moved one of their ships to the West Coast that that might be a possibility. Anyone know? Also you say you would book the DVC stay first, then the cruise. Wouldn't you need to know the dates of the cruise first so that your DVC stay could begin as soon as the cruise is over?

Our guide told us that DVC Hawaii is a pet project of one of the higher ups and it will be special.

Construction is moving right along. Maybe I'll run out there one of these weekends and take pics. (though they have the black tarp stuff around the fences last we were there.)

I have never been to Hawaii but we have always planned to so this was very exciting news when i heard about the Hawaii project. Dying to see some pics of it and to be able to go there hopefully in a couple of years!!

Podsnel i agree, Our 20 year anniversay is in 2012 and now you have me excited about that possibility!!

I am so not waiting around until our 20th! That would be 2017--I guess we'll have to do our 15th--2012--wait--I'm not waiting until then either if the resort opens in 2011!
