DVC Guide

We USED to hear from our original guide (Michael). He would also always leave a "welcome" msg. for us on our room phone whenever we were at WDW to say hi and to let him know if he could do anything for us while we were there. Then he left and we got assigned to some girl that I don't even know her name. It's been a few years now but we haven't heard a PEEP from her since she took over our account. Kinda sad. Certainly doesn't encourage any further interest from us on our part for DVC. I miss our first guide.

We used to get the "welcome home" calls but haven't for the last two years. We get the occasional promo email with his signature so I know he's still plugging away.

He must be a smart man and "chasing the money" because he'd be wasting time calling me...we're fine with our points!

We usually get a voice mail from our DVC agent (Dave) when staying onsite. We usually get informational pieces sent in the mail a few times a year, too.

The first time we we stayed on points we stopped in to see if he was free to thank him for talking us into purchasing. He was really touched and gave us free fast passes! That was 2011.

I get a postcard from my guide every now and again. This level of "touch" is perfect, in my opinion: it keeps the channel open but isn't pushy. I like this guide ... (this is my 2nd guide as my first had left the company).

This pretty much sounds like us as well & we have been members since 1994.
