Can anyone tell me if Ron Brumbaugh is still a guide at DVC? We met him about 3 years ago when we were considering buying into DVC. Well, at that time we passed, but now we are thinking of making the buy. If Ron isn't there, does anyone have any recommendations on a good guide?

Thanks

When we looked in 2006, DVC had a record of our previous guide and knew that our guide was no longer with the company.

If Ron was your guide then, he will be your guide now if he is still with the company. If you don't like that thought...you can ask DVC to change it.

We have a new guide named Mike Collier. He called and seemed very nice and very attentive. I didn't see where you were from, but Mike said he was from Atlanta, so if you are a Southerner, he might be a good choice.

There are others here who have had the same guides for a long time that they are thrilled about. I am sure they will chime in.

Michael Johnson is great. I would definately reccomend him to anyone. We did our initail purchase through him and three add on's. He was great about keeping in touch with us and about being realistic. He really helped us understand the system and didnt mind all of our calls.

We have had Susan Schell and she has been our guide for the past 10 years. I can not speak highly enough of her...she is totally awesome.

She is there when you need her and always returns her calls quickly but she does not bother you when you don't need her around. That is the best kind of sales person anyone could have!!!:woohoo:

Absolutely, Ron is still there. We just visited him a couple weeks ago when we were down there. You can find a thread featuring his photo along with the Moderator (and my DW) CarolAnnC here...

Ron has been my guide for almost ten years and has never steered me wrong. If you're looking for a guide who will call you on your birthday or during every Walt Disney World vacation, Ron is *not* the guide for you.

If you're looking for someone who is ethical, always give you good advice concerning DVC instead of whatever he thinks will get you to sign, then Ron *is* the guide for you. He's been with DVC from the beginning, so he's no beginner looking to build up his client base.

Ron is thee man...stay with him since you were lucky enough to get assigned to him. He truly is a no pressure, look at the facts guy who will give you honest opinions and guide you for your personal situation.

We have Michael Cramer and found him to be an A-1 Guide. He was so knowledgable and no pressure!
