Here is my dilemma. I recently bought AKV and the guide I was working with is great. 2 years ago I was talking to another guide but never did any transactions with this person but they are great too.

I thought that I would stay with the guide who helped me with the purchase and it was all said and done. WRONG! The other guide tells me I am their guide and the one who I think is my guide tells me I should call management and specify which one I want. What is a girl to do? I really like them both but I think I know which one I will stay with. Has anyone else had this problem?

Not sure how you ended up with two guides? :confused3

I believe you can request any guide you want. Have you bought points with both guides? If you have only purchased your recent AKV points, I think your latest guide has should have some priority. The new guide did the work to get you signed up.

I thought the same thing. Well for an update. I had a manager return my call and I explained the situation and they asked me which one and I told them the one who did all the work.

The first guide I came in contact with----I didn't buy points or anything. They just kept calling from time to time to tell me the new incentives and inquiring if I wanted to buy.:confused3

They must have seen somehow that I purchased points and they called me to welcome me "home". At first I thought they were working together but that isn't the case. Well I have just one now.

Yes this happened to me, too. I met with a guide from WDW years ago. He never called me or kept in contact with me. When we went to buy SSR two years ago at Disneyland, I, of course, have a new guide. She is the one I keep in contact with and she with me. I told her of the situation and I wanted to make sure she would get any future benefits when I added on. She is great and we have a great repoire. Any problems I have, she helps me out. She was able to help me change my status from two guides to one. I know she gains the benefit, but she certainly earns it!
