DVC Gold pass renewal not an option on website

Anybody know why it is not an option to renew the gold pass online through the member site? Member services told me I would have the option when the time came, of course it is after they are closed and I don't have time to sit on the phone during their open hours. I wanted to renew our dvc gold annual passes online instead of going round and round on the phone. The only drop down menu options are for the platinum and the platinum plus.

I've been told that DVC discounted renewals are never available online.
 
Others have reported being able to access it. I can't see it either.
 
My renewal window just opened up and I only have the option of a Platinum or Platinum Plus pass.
 

I renewed three of our five passes in March online and chose GOLD. Yesterday, my DH was able to select GOLD for our two sons (they were staggered from ours). While we are FL residents, as well, I didn't think that should matter.

FL residents have been able to renew on-line for years.

DVC members have only recently gained the on-line renewal option, which doesn't seem to present all of the possible pass options for some.

Didn't realize that.
This is only our second time renewing as FL residents (when we lived in IL, we would let the passes lapse due to scheduling vacations).
