The voices in my head told me that they are gonna build all the rumored DVCs and start selling points in the next year... then they so rudely say, "but you can't get none... na na na na naaaa naaaa...."

In my case, that voice isn't in my head...it's my dh!!! He says he doesn't care if they turn the Castle into DVC, he is not buying more points!!! What a spoilsport!! I may have to go out and actually get a job!!!!

I wouldn't expect an announcement for another Florida DVC resort until SSR gets closer to selling out. Some estimate end of '07 will be the timeframe, but I'm not sure that we would hear anything until at least the middle of '07. Why slow down sales with those few folks that might be on the fence and then decide to hold off until the new VAKL or VC units are in place.

The RV timeshare is indeed a go and this time, DVC is looking to cash in on the super-hot world of NASCAR.

The location for the project is, appropriately, the infield of the WDW Speedway and early reports are that each mobile villa will feature an authentic racing-trailer look designed with the help of the king of stock-car racing himself, Richard Petty. All-out realism is the goal; Look for details like hand-painted signs, Confederate flags and empty beer cans. Members are also scheduled to get a 30% discount on turkey legs and the Richard Petty Driving Experience.

The working name - Temporary Petty Timeshare.
