there was a small advertisement flier enclosed in our box mentioning the VWL DVC property being for sale and also the usual disclaimer/notice that this was being used to solicit timeshare sales. We live in Ohio, maybe the solicitation laws vary by state. Also, not a big deal but the bar that fits into the clip was about bent sideways.

We stayed at this resort in early Feb. and we thought it was a fabulous place. More Disney than OKW, less big city hotel than Boardwalk, which sort of gives folks a 3rd type of property to visit at WDW when it comes to DVC choices. If they were all a carbon copy of each other then it would be kind of boring after a while.

We got ours yesterday; no disclaimer about 'solicitation to buy' or anything. Both my partner and I got one; I guess because we're co-owners on the contract. Glad we don't have to fight over who gets it!
