DVC Get togethers on DCL ???

Last cruise we missed DVC get togethers on the cruise. We walked into one late, where they were giving out prizes for answering questions correctly about DVC. I was looking at the new navigators & trying to figure out what I was looking for.

Are DVC Presentations sales events or DVC members getting together?
How many times during the cruise do they have DVC member events?
Does anyone know which days & times on an Eastern DCL?

When we went on the cruise in December, I think it was Sunday. It was around 4:00. I forget what they called it, but we also got something in the room from DVC that told us about it.

They knew we were DVC members when we booked, we booked on points.
