DVC - Free parking at DL?

Is it a DVC perk to get free theme park parking at Disneyland too, or just Disney World?

Free parking at the WDW theme parks is not a DVC perk. You get free parking when you stay at a WDW resort. If you are staying off-site, you can not park for free unless you have an Annual Pass.

And at Disneyland, if you're staying onsite, you can park at your hotel. You would NOT take your car and move it to the resort lots, even if it was free, because you'd be giving yourself extra walking. But no, theme park parking is not included by staying onsite or with DVC.

But if you have a Premium AP at DLR, then you get parking included at the theme parks (but if you're staying onsite, there's no need to do that).

Hmmm...ok I guess I'm remembering something different. I've had an AP for a few years, so maybe that's what I'm thinking of.
