Hi all,

We are going to be doing our first DVC stay at WDW and I was wondering what sort of supplies they have available for use and what things we need to bring with us. Things like laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, etc.

If I have posted this in the wrong place, my apologies.

Thanks,
Melissa

They have one small box of laundry detergent for one load (Tide), one small bottle of dish soap, one package of dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. They don't replenish every day.

I would recommend you bring things like the dishwasher tabs and the Tide pods (or similar). The bottle of dishwashing soap is more than plenty - especially if you are using the dishwasher.

The shampoo/soap/lotion are all hotel size and you will find one in each bathroom. We always bring our own.

You didn't ask about kitchen supplies but I would recommend you bringing aluminum foil as well as spices/salt & pepper. We always bring the no stick foil. Makes for cleaning up oven baked stuff so much easier and you can always wrap leftovers in it. Then when you are done just put it in with the rest of the recyclables. A roll of paper towels is provided.

You'll want to bring basket coffee filters and coffee supplies.

We bring zipper baggies, different sizes. Comes in handy.

FYI - If you are a owner, the info is on the member website. If you are a renter, the owner that you rented from should provide you with the information.

I agree on the ziplocs: great for snacks for the parks and leftovers. Also, the tinfoil for frozen pizzas. When we drive we bring a pizza cutter too. One of our best purchases has been a rolling collapsible cooler. We packed it with our beach towels and used it as a carryon. It is our cooler when we go to the waterparks. In the early evening we pack it with cheese, crackers, paper plates...and beverages. Then we make a trek from OKW to BW and grab one of the high top tables by the water. We watch the street performers, boats and families having fun. Memories:goodvibes!
