DVC Fantasy Land Preview?

OK, got Belle at 8 am on Sunday the 4th. I thought they might have different starting times within each window...is it really a three and a half hour experience? Seems like the attractions without lines wouldn't take all that long. Anyone get a better explanation? My MS person didn't have any idea.

Grrrrrrr! I finally got through about 10 mins ago with a 12 min. wait time and the phone went to a busy signal after listening to hold music for 10 min.! Now it's back to busy when redialing.

Question for you guys, I asked for the 12:30 - 4:00 time period and she told me I could take 11:30 or 4:00 did you guys get a certain time cause when my confirmation letter came it did say 12:30 - 4:00. What do you think should I arrive to go in at 12:30 or wait till closer to 4:00 which is the time the MS told me.

Was anyone trying for the passholder registration too/instead? It was so messed up that they've suspended it until 6:00 (after already postponing it a week due to technical difficulties), so maybe this wasn't so bad. I was hoping to get mine that way because the dates were better for us, but I'm perfectly happy to settle for the DVC date I got instead!
