DVC Fantasy Land Preview?


I'm at 30 redials. Sometimes I get a busy signal, or a "your call cannot be completed as dialed" for a variety response. DH is dialing in from another phone, same thing.

Grrr.

Come on, somebody's gotta get lucky and get in a queue!
 
I've stopped getting the "call cannot go through" message and started getting straight busy signals...

Someone post if they actually get through, so we know they didn't forget to turn on the phones. :)
 
The CM in charge of answering the phone is new, and doesn't know how to pick up the receiver with mickey hands on. that's my guess.

this is so silly.

Been dialing since 11:58 (no redial on my phone...ugh). Hate when it rings and then says call can't be completed...grr.
They can handle crowd control for 7 parks and can't manage a phone system?!!? How about doing this online...or letting us replay to the email they sent to sign up??? Rididculous!!:mad:
 
I'd rather be on hold for an hour than the constant busy signal. At least that way I could make lunch

It is amazing that for all the money they have disney can't get phone reservation stuff right and have such an awful IT system.
