DVC Escrow Payment

I bought into BLT, my 1st DVC purchase, end of 2008 beginning of 2009. I signed up for monthly maintenance fees to come from my checking account.
Last month I found a fairly large DVC Escrow Payment on my credit card. Is this a one time thing or can anyone tell me what is going on? I'm okay with it but didn't expect it.

I don't own BLT, so I'm just guessing, but maybe the charge is for closing costs? Did your BLT contract actually close prior to that, or was closing held until your unit was completed?

I'd call member accounting to check and see for sure.
