Has anyone else been having problems receiving the email confirmations from the new system? I have not received any confirmation since the system change. When I emailed them about it I was told they had been sent out and they tried resending them and I still have not received them. I pointed out that we recieve other emails from DVC, but they told me the confirmations come from another location. We host out own email servers so we are able to monitor all messages and we have not seen anything come that looked like reservation confirmations.
Does anyone know what the domain name is that the emails are coming from?
I know it isn't that big of deal since I can see all of my confirmations online, but it is just irritating that we are not receiving them. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.
