DVC Email Confirmations

Has anyone else been having problems receiving the email confirmations from the new system? I have not received any confirmation since the system change. When I emailed them about it I was told they had been sent out and they tried resending them and I still have not received them. I pointed out that we recieve other emails from DVC, but they told me the confirmations come from another location. We host out own email servers so we are able to monitor all messages and we have not seen anything come that looked like reservation confirmations.

Does anyone know what the domain name is that the emails are coming from?

I know it isn't that big of deal since I can see all of my confirmations online, but it is just irritating that we are not receiving them. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

We have received two email confirmations for two separate trips within an hour of talking to MS. The emails show they are coming from Disney Vacation Club <disneyworld@vacation.disneyworld.com

We also received an email confirmation when a wait list night came through. Early one morning I checked our account online and saw our AKV-Value Studio for 6/7/2011 had not come through. But later that same afternoon we received an email confirmation with the change. By that time, our online account had been updated as well.

Thanks for letting me know what email address to watch for. I did check all of the spam folders, junk mail, etc, and they are definitely not coming. But I other emails from DVC and Disney without any problems.

I just got off the phone with them and they have one of their IT people working on it to try and figure out what is going on. At least that is what they told me. So we will see what happens I guess.

I have been trying for three days to get email reservations for three linked reservations .
Eveytime the emails have arrived either one is missing or the correct information has gone back to show the original wrong information.total frustration!!!!:mad:
 
no problems at all and I did a modification to my reservation and got the new confirmation within minutes.

I have received most, but not all, of the ones they've sent. I haven't had a waitlist recently so I don't know if that would come through. Some of the emails I have received have odd information. For instance, I changed the dates for a trip to BLT and the new email listed the new AND old dates (some of which overlapped) but the correct number of points. I'm with you - while I know I can still look at the reservations online, I just like having a copy.
 
I modified my reservation today and received an email this afternoon. No issues.
 
I've had no issues, in fact it has been a pleasant surprise to get emails within hours rather than wait for the paper copies. Have you tried asking Disney to send the confirms to an alternative email address?

I have made a couple reservations and received both confirmations fairly quick at my hotmail address. Hope it works out for you.
 
I received an email for my new 1 night reservation the other day, but not for a modification to my existing 5 night reservation or for my wait list coming through on another reservation. These changes were all made within the past week so I don't think timing is a factor.
 
I never received my e-mail confirmation either. Now, I made a reservation the day before they were working on the new sytem again. So, that may be the issue with mine.

I am not too worried about it because I did find the reservation online at the dvc website.
