I would like to email my guide, but I don't know his email. Could someone tell me what the format for John Doe would be;

John.Doe@disney.com
jdoe@disney.com
doej@dvc.com

etc....

I thought that the guides would not respond to emails as part of a contractual thing? I spoke to our guide and asked if he could just email me info and was told that it was against Disney policy to use email.

I agree and doubt you will get much information by email except for maybe what's the best time to call.

If you are in a state no registered to sell, you probably won't get anything.

These are the types of reasons that guides don't usually provide email addresses on their business cards.

If you want to set up an appointment to meet with them by email, you will probably be fine, but if you are looking for detailed information about something, it may be a disappointment.
