Does member services have an e-mail address? I somehow locked myself out of dvcmember.com. I tried logging on and it told me bad attempt, so I tried again and got a second bad attempt. I was sure my name and user was right, so I had it sent to me. It was right. So, I tried again and now I have a screen that says...it could not be validated, due to a new club ID? I called member services and was sent the same non-working password. I would like to send them a screen shot, so I can get this fixed before I have to pay my dues and check-in for my upcoming trip.
