sandi's numbers are better than mine - i forgot the extra closing costs and miswrote the annual dues - but they are still pretty similar. (i was also assuming they would require a 10% downpayment from the price after rebates, but that is probably wrong.)

if money is that tight, then don't do it.

On page 3, where it shows 2010 Annual budget per vacation point= $4.2994. Have the dues dropped?
