I did the on-line payment today for both my contracts ( 1 resale and 1 add-on by Disney). All went well, so I thought. I got an e-mail saying it was paid and a payment auth number. Then by chance I check again tonight on the DVC site and it says they could not accept payment because of pending transaction on these contracts. Now what do I believe, the E-MAIL saying it's ok or the DVC site saying no it did not work?

I will call Monday and get it worked out but have any of you had this problem?
If you paid on-line you better check the DVC site again.
 
Here is the likely reason. The system only allows one pending online payment at a time. You have a pending payment and when you try to access the system it (the system) thinks you are trying to pay again and it is locking you out because it takes about 24 hours for a pending payment to clear and record.

Check on Sunday or again Monday before you call and I suspect it will have cleared and recorded on their system.

thanks Jim you were right. Just checked and it all cleared
 
did the same thing for me. I checked the credit card a few days later and everything was fine.
