Which is better -- the DVC discount for DQ one-day tickets or advance purchase price?

DH and 2 ds would like to go, but wasn't sure what best pricing would be. Also -- if we bought in advance but then DIDN'T end up going, for whatever reason, how long do DQ passes last? Expiration dated or last forever (like a PHP) until used?

(I'd do the leg-work myself, but search is disabled and I thought perhaps one of you DVC sages might know!)

THanks!!

Try subscribing to the newsletter from Mousesavers (www.mousesavers.com), and you'll get info on the lowest prices I've seen for DQ. Passes are through Ticketmania, and note that shipping is free.

I've never seen mention of an expiration date, but an email to Ticketmania could probably confirm.

According to the WDW website, DQ tickets are regularly $31 for adults (10 and up) and $25 for children (ages 3-9).

The DVC discount is $4 for adults and $3 for children, which makes the tickets $27 and $22.

I bought DQ passes through Mousesaver's connection with Ticket Mania, and adult tickets were $21, children were $18. There are NO expiration dates on the tickets, so they're good any time. If you're interested, use the following link to sign up for the mousesavers e-newsletter. It comes out the 15th of every month. You'll have to follow the link to Ticket Mania that's in the newsletter to get the special pricing. Good luck!
