DVC DME scheduling question

For our next trip, we have friends who will be joining us and they are flying in from a different airport on the day of our arrival to AKV. In the past when we have scheduled DME by phone, we had to have the entire travel packet sent to our home and we had to tear off the vouchers for our other guests and send them, along with their luggage tags, via snail mail.

With the online DME request through the DVC member website, is there a way to get a packet mailed to two (or more) different addresses using the same reservation number? It seems like this would be so easy, and I am sure that it comes up all of the time.

Also, as a side question, is it possible to get more than 1 luggage tag per person, if needed? It seems like we got more than one per person with our first DVC trip, but ever since then, it has only been one per person.

The packet will be sent to the primary Guest and you will have to forward. You can request extra tags after you receive the packet. As a cost cutting measure Disney reduced the tags to one per Guest.

FYI the form that you filled out on the website is forwarded to MS who then manually inputs the information with DME. You should double check to verify that they didn't make a mistake.

I tried,( I filled out the form 6 times, once with each of my DF's addresses!) but all of the information came to me:headache: and I just mailed the luggage tages and each person's little ticket to them. We've a September stay. My sister reminded me that I always try and they always sent everything to me.

Thanks, Bobbi. I find this to be somewhat annoying, as it seems like this would be really easy to do and there are probably lots of DVC members who have guests arriving from different cities of origin all of the time. The first time we traveled with family from another town, we sent them their vouchers and tags and when they went to check in for DME, they had to go through some other process since the vouchers were not in the booklet. DVC/DME could at least package the vouchers differently to make it easier to distribute.

Oh well, I guess I may have to send something to member satisfaction at some point.
