DVC & Disney Store...

I know there has been talk about thsi before, but Disney Club discount ened last month. Correct?
I was able to still use my DVC card for a dscount today and they never questioned it.
However, after leaving I looked at the receipt and it showed the discount as DIS CLUB. Which made me wonder if there is no key on their registar for a DVC discont or if she thought my card was for Disney Club and didn't realize discounst are no longer avaialbel with it.
Regardless, I saved a few pennies. LOL

Since both were 10% discounts, I think they used the same pre-programmed key. At least they used to at our Disney store.

I also think they just use the same key, so no big deal as long as we get the discount.

The problem we will run into are store employees who do not know the difference between "Disney Vacation Club" and the old "Disney Club." I am sure there will be running battles posted here over the next several months.

The good news is the DVC official site still lists the 10% discount in its "Member Perks" section.
