DVC Disney Card

I'm not sure if this post is okay here, but it IS my DVC embossed VISA card -- Anyway, does anyone else have problems getting onto the Bank One web site in order to pay their balance or check their reward points? I more often than not get a message saying that I should call their toll free number. Of course, there is not a person there to speak to (but you can pay over the phone). The problem seems to be that my log in is not recognized.

Am I the only one with that this happens to?

I always use the website to pay my bill. Do you have a current browser? I know most bank sites require a secure connection. Here's the link I use:

I had the same problem and when I called customer service they said that my Quicken Program didn't recognize Bank One and that we would have to select First USA I think. Apparently some programs have difficulty recognizing Bank One. Hopefully that is all it is.

Thank you all. I did call Customer Service. It was a problem with the password, which I had to change (again!). But it 's working now.
