DVC discounts question and a MaxPass question

Is there a list of DVC discounts at Disneyland and California Adventure? Do DVC members get a discount at character meals?


Also, if I have maxpass, does that cover photos at character meals? Or are there any photographers at character meals? Last one we did was in 2015 and it was Surf's Up. There was a photographer at the beginning when we got there and then we got a photo with Mickey.
