DVC Discounts at YC and BC?

I've read on some sites (allears..)that there is a 10 percent DVC discount at Yachman's Steak House for dinners. However, other sites (here) say there is not. Can anyone confirm this?

Any other DVC member discount tips for these resorts would be appreciated.

Captain's Grille at Disney's Yacht Club Resort
Take advantage of a 10% discount on breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this nifty nautical-themed café with offerings sure to please all your landlubbers, including beef, chicken, seafood, vegetarian meals and signature appetizers.

And I know that I also got the 10% DVC member discount for the dinner buffet at the Beach Club at Cape May Cafe.

It's not listed on the member website as currently offering a discount.

I believe Yachtsman's only discount would be via AP, but I'm not totally sure.
