10% off merchandise & food. It's included at almost all locations, not limited like WDW.

I can confirm this. We were just there in March and most places they asked if we were pass holders or DVC. If they didn't, we did!

Disneyland will give you 15% for food & 20% on merchandise if you are a Premium OR Premier pass holder!! The others passes is 10% JUST like DVC so for us LOCAL DVCer's the higher AP's are a much BETTER deal!!!

How many people in the party at a restaurant will they discount? We're going to DL next summer with other family, and there will be 11 of us which will include one 18-month-old baby. We have only been to WDW and used the TIW card which allows a discount up to 10 people.

I would assume the 15% discount would apply to the 1 person with the Premium Annual Pass & paying the bill. Most of us carry cash and add to the pot THEN only use the 1 person with the AP.
This is how we've done this when we go with a group of ten!

You could always ask before ordering with your large party on splitting check and applying each persons AP discount... if possible. Seems like too much work on their part but never hurts to ask.

Maybe others have better ideas.

Also, there is NO Tables in Wonderland here in DLR cuz we would have already joined it if there was! This is why the higher AP's are MORE of value than being DVC member especially to us locals that go for many short or long visits PLUS snack/dine !!

I'm a little confused. Only the DVC member could get the discount? No one else? So just DH and I could? We won't have an AP because when I crunch numbers it doesn't make sense for us, so we are only looking at the 10% DVC member discount. Also, we don't have them split the check at the WDW restaurants. They have always just allowed the 10 of us to pay with 3 separate credit cards when the bill arrives, and this is with the TIW discount.

So, would we be able to use the DVC member discount at DL for a party of 10 if only two of us are DVC members? Would we have to pay the entire bill on our credit card? This is not a problem because it's my parents and sister, who I trust. We always say when we go to WDW with them that if any servers don't allow us to pay with separate credit cards, we will just pay on ours and they will pay us back for their amounts when we get the credit card bill.

All offers are subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with other discounts. Restaurant offers discounts on the regular price of food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding applicable tax and gratuity) on pre-discounted check total. All restaurant discounts are valid for a maximum party of eight, including the Member.
