DVC discount on Disneyland resort tours

I was just wondering if anyone knows or thinks that once VGC opens they will offer a tour discount to those booking tours.

I want to do the DCA segway tour and there is a AAA discount and other discounts but no DVC one.
Do you think that will change with the new DVC???
