DVC discount MVMCP tickets for family

I know I can buy MVMCP tickets with my DVC discount for family members if I am attending the party with them but can I get them if I will not be with them? We are gifting a trip to my DSis and her DH and I would like to get their MVMCP tickets at a discount also, if that is allowed.

You have to order DVC-discounted Party tickets from Member Services and they must be set up for will-call. When they are picked up you have to show both a photo ID and your Membership Card, and they have to match.

I guess I will have to give them a gift card and they can buy their own tickets. Maybe they can use the advance purchase discount to save a few bucks.
