DVC discount for MNSSHP

We are flying in the day I would like to go to MNSSHP, September 22, and our flight is scheduled to arrive at 4PM. If we arrive on time that gives us plenty of time to get checked in change and then go enjoy the party (we are two adults). However if our flight is delayed .... OPPS.

So my question is. Do you have to pre-order to get the DVC discount or do we get the discount when purchasing at the ticket window?

You have to call or purchase on-line at least one day prior to the event to get any available discount.

Many of the MNSSHP's sell out even without the DVC discount. Since the DVC discount is limited, (only a certain number of them are given for certain dates) I think you would be out of luck for sure. I would go ahead and buy them. The party runs late and I think you would most likely make it, barring any unusual delays. Good luck!

To get the DVC discount, you have to call. There is no way to select the DVC discount when purchasing online. I just called MS and they were more than happy to reserve our tickets for us. We just pick them up from the concierge when we get to the hotel.

You can get the DVC discount on line by going through the DVC member webpage. Just go to the member perks, click on the link for WDW, then the link for the WDW Annual Pass, then you scroll down to the link for the WDW ticket store and it takes you to the WDW site but you are offered the MNSSHP tickets on select date with the DVC discount. I just bought mine for $49 plus tax

This is good to know, but when I bought mine, the member site said I had to call and even listed the phone number.
