DVC discount at Germany caramel shop?

Am I the only DVCer who didn't know that we DVCers get a discount at the Werthers Caramel Shop in Germany? Last time I was there (7/15 and 7/20), the CM at check-out saw my DVC shirt and asked if I was DVC. It entitled me to a 10% discount. Although I've been there on previous visits, I don't remember a discount, so maybe it's new. Just in case, thought I'd pass it along.

Mine too! I bought several of them on my second trip there, to bring home and freeze/refrigerate. They're so good!

I love this place. They used have pretzel rods dip in Carmel and chocolate, but last two visits they didn’t offer these. Anyone see them again ? Yummy

Most of the indoor gift shops accept the DVC or AP discounts. We'll grab a bottle of water or powerade from the inside shops often instead of the carts, and save the 10%. It's not much, but it helps. Like the gift shop by splash mountain has a drink cooler inside it. It never hurts to ask, I always ask if there's an AP/DVC discount when checking out.

I ask at every single place I'm spending money! LOL. I also have a disney visa, if one doesn't work the other does.

Thank you for passing this along. Over the years it's so hard to keep track of who and who doesn't provide discounts for DVC members. I wish they would ask each time, because sometimes I forget to ask. I have been getting better, and asking at EVERY check out if there's a DVC discounts.
