DVC Discount and Monthly Payment plan

Hello all,

I wasn't sure whether to post this in the DVC-Mousecellaneous boards or here, but since most of the folks on that boards on more WDW people, I figured this was the best place.

DH and I live in Norcal and it is about time to get our new PAPs. We are DVC members but want to use the monthly payment plan.

I called member services and they had me call Disneyland ticketing who told me that I could get my DVC discount and get the monthly payment plan but that I have to go to the ticket booth at Disneyland.

I am hoping to confirm this with someone who has done it, just so I don't show up at the ticket booth and have them look at me like I'm nuts.

You can use the dvc discount and ca resident monthly payments for new aps. We did this last October.

I have a similar situation, I purchasing my AP on-line and was told I could have the DVC discount applied once I activate the voucher at DL. I'm also using the monthly payment plan. I have this in an email from ticketing and plan to be at DL 9/4.

Hmmm. I have vouchers I will activate in November and am DVC. I bought the vouchers before the last increase. Do you think I can get a discount off that price when I activate? Or will they want to only offer me the discount off the current price? Bought vouchers in May and joined DVC last Dec.

It never hurts to ask if they can give you the DVC discount when you activate your voucher.

I am going to try that on Sept 22 when I arrive. Got the voucher right before the increase.
