Is there a seasonality to the DVC prices within a year? I know from yea at to year and economic cycles likely make a big difference but what about time of year? Or will other resorts be cheaper when Poly comes on board?

We recently purchased a 200 point BLT and 200 point SSR. I would like to purchase one more 200 point contract at BLT, SSR, or AK and wondering if timing might make some difference. Hoping to find motivated sellers

Any advice is welcome.

Thanks

After people receive their dues bill….

To provide a little specificity, we usually learn about dues in Nov, they are formally due 1/15, but not actually due until 2/15 with no penalty if paid by then. So usually you'll see a bump in nov/dec/jan in contracts hitting the market.

Ding, ding, ding. A winner. Wait until late November or December. There will be a few people who really, really want to sell before dues come due.
Was weird how cheap everything was in March last year, since people would have already paid their dues.

It depends on what you are looking at. BLT and GCV are definitely down this year. Poly, OWK, and AKV are up.
True, I was mainly looking at BRV because the price was so low, maybe didn't pay much attention to the others. (March 2022)

That’s so funny! Our first WDW trip was the same too. We did 5 nights that straddled Jan/Feb. About 20 years ago though lol. Love that Epcot Art Fest has been added for that time of year.
After RunDisney, & before the next Run event in Feb seems to be the money spot, i imagine there could be more refurbs & parks closing earlier around that time, but the weather was amazing (low humidity), & i guess crowds weren't terrible. lol (the the p0int chart is pretty decent)

It was my first solo trip. It was FARTS and I painted a bit of the mural in Epcot. My favorite is the Flower and Garden bc the topiaries are just amazing. They add so much to Epcot.

Hoping to see some awesome deals these coming months! But I am a bit worried if it is too great of a deal, Disney would just take it back...
