I suspect this, more than restricting the 25-point purchase, is the new response to the "buy 25 for perks." Maybe both.

But even with recent gains in resale, paying these prices direct for 2042 properties is madness.

Also it's interesting that BCV and BWV are diverging in direct pricing now...

I am not surprised by these jumps, with 2 exceptions.
Wonder why BLT is going to be $29 cheaper VGF and Poly. With it also being sold out, why would they look to drive 7 seas lagoon traffic there?

Also, BCV at $185 makes sense based on supply and demand, but geez that is a lot to pay for 25 years of usage.

...and that, unfortunately, is probably the aim of the price increase.

You don’t have to wait for it to close. Just by the same use year as your resale and title it exactly the same.

If it is a 25 point minimum after resale, probably about 8 days after it closes. You need your membership number, which can only be had by calling member admin, then call your guide to get the points added on. It is a matter of luck to see if they have 25 in your UY.
If you are in looking into one of the resorts with a big jump coming up, I would just go for the direct 50 if I were you right now. You would make use of the other 25 points pretty easily.

KBoo, Ditto. I definitely thought I was over paying ($165 <100pts) and could have just went direct, now I feel like they are totally gonna swipe my contract !!
