DVC deposit with a cc

When making a deposit on a contract, does anyone know if the charge clears on the cc statement within a few days, or does it remain pending until ROFR happens?


Very first contract and trying to avoid a pending charge on my cc statement after it closes.

They are taking the money right away from you and not putting a hold on your account.
