DVC Cruise Ship

I saw on the travel channel about a condo cruise ship. I know people on this board have said that they wished for something like it. Some one is building an owner condo ship. For this ship, the cheapest condo starts at $2 mill and the maint. fees start at $80,000 per year. no food included. Also some have said that a castaway cay dvc. others have said something about bugs. the show said that there are 45 people that live on CC. they did not say what the conditions were other than you must be able to ruff it to live there.

I only know of one live-in ship and that's called "THE WORLD of ResidenSea".

They have 4 or 5 different size apartments available that go all the way up to $5M.. the website address is http://www.residensea.com/

It looks like a great way to live, going from port to port but you have to have the big bucks.

There is a revision to the timeshare laws making its way thru the Florida Senate and House right now that would allow cruise ships to be sold as timeshares. This is not by accident so someone (ie a cruise corporation) must be pushing it. It looks like this law will pass this year.
