DVC Cruise booking info?

We are seriously thinking of booking a cruise for next February school vacation. My question is when should I call MS about this? I'm pretty sure it's the 11 month window, but do I call on the last day (like DVC) or on the first day of the cruise? Thanks folks.

I asked MS this question and was told to call the first day of the cruise. Please post back & let us know if they have the DCL point charts ready for 2003.
