Probably because it is day 1 of booking the PVB for us non-owners of PVB.

BTW, it was working OK at 8:15 AM EST, so either crashed or was taken down on purpose to put up the Poly.

Except it's showing up online now. Although I haven't actually been able to complete a booking.

Wait time was exactly as announced. I commented on getting the busy signal and CM Jason informed me that I was his first caller this morning that was not changing my reservation over to the Poly.

I have been trying to call since 9 this morning also and cannot get through! It did ring twice at one point but then hanged up on me! I tried chatting on DVC.com and, after a long time waiting to connect with an agent, it shut down on me!
This has never happened to me before! It's especially upsetting since I don't want to book at Poly!
