How does a DVC member reserve a room at Club level?

Only at AKL Jambo House.

As the PP noted, the only DVC Resort that has Concierge Level rooms is AKV Jambo House and there are only FIVE 2-bedroom lock-offs (max of 10 rooms: 5 studios & 5 1-bedrooms).

If you have eligible points, you can reserve Concierge Level at other Disney Resorts through the Disney Collection which is a bad use of points as the point requirements are very high.

It can be hard to get Club Level at AKL, but what I sometimes do is look at availability for one night at either the beginning or end of my stay. This is because lounge access is for a full 24 hours. You can visit the lounge the morning of your stay and into the evening of the day you check-out. Most recently I was able to book a 1 bedroom value (also really hard to get), followed by a 1 bedroom Club Level. Yes, I have to move, but give the luggage to Bell Service, go have breakfast in the lounge, go to a park or hang at the resort until you get the room-ready alert. Move in, go back to the lounge for what ever meal period it is.

Only at AKV - Jambo. We managed to get 2 nights in a 1br, but that was not without stalking the website. We did resort days when we got club level.

I’ve waitlisted with success for 1 night studio but don’t count on it as firm plans. Have your backup booked and be willing to waitlist for 7 days prior to arrival and you may luck out!
