DVC classes reservation window?

I have read that the different DVC classes (mixology, etc.) can be booked 30 days out. Is that 30 days from the first day of your reservation, or do you have to call for each class separately at 30 days from date of class?

I dont know of anything at Aulani that is length of stay bookable, so I would assume this isnt either

It used to be that things were you could book for length of stay once you hey check in day. It is now day by day.
