DVC Christmas time gathering outside EPCOT?

Has anyone heard of a DVC members gathering outside the back gates of EPCOT? This gathering is seperate from the weekly members meeting that happen at the Boardwalk.
My friend and his family have attended for the past few years. He said that members usually receive a DVC christmas ornament and they have stuff for the kids to do (coloring, cookies and carols). I have not been to the MMVCP in 4 years and I am going this year in November. Does anyone know the schedule for this gathering if it is taking place this year?

There was a section on the member website which listed this event. It has disappeared, so we do not know whether or not it will happen this year. Stay tuned.

In the past, it has been held once a week in December. To the best of my knowledge, it has never been held in November.

Nothing has been announced yet for this year. It may or may not be held. Just keep an eye on the boards. Once something is announced, you can ber sure someone willpost the details here.

In previous years it has been held on Wednesdays in December. If I recall, it is usually the first 4 weeks. It's a fun event, and we have several neat DVC ornaments on our tree from it.

Last year it was held on Fridays.

We went a couple of years ago and it was great. Refreshments, lots of stations set up for the kids to make more Christmas ornaments than you want to lug around, music, characters and a DVC ornament. If they have it again this year, you should go.
