I think it's going to be awhile. The regular WDW site is down too. I've emailed them with no response for days. Today busy signal for over 1 hr, disconnected twice and now on hold. Wait time approx 40 min. Good luck!

I'm currently on chat with DVC right now. I just refresh randomly and get lucky maybe. Sometimes I wish I didn't get through because I keep getting the same answer about Aulani only having DVC cancellations through July 1. It's beyond frustrating how slow Aulani is moving with cancellations, especially with yesterday's news.

I've gotten through once each day since Tuesday. Each time has been between about 9:30 and 11:30 am EST. I've randomly checked in the afternoons but no luck then.

I've had issues getting through during the day but I did get someone in chat last night about 7pm. I just kept refreshing the page and the POOF it popped up as available...
