DVC cash discount? Online chat not working

I'm trying to reach DVC to ask if they are still offering a discount to members when they book a cash room for someone else. The chat button just freezes and I have tried signing out and trying again, but no luck today.

Any idea?

We booked a cash room in January and it was a slight discount over the room rate on disney website . I think it depends on availability as far as discount . I have booked cash with no discount also different times of the year.

In the past, I have had to call to check for the availability of a DVC cash room. It couldn’t be done through chat. I haven’t tried it recently, though.
