DVC By Resale

I am looking for input on experiences with Shontell at DVC By Resale. I have seen some comments posted, such as her being with The Timeshare Store previously, but I did not see comments on customer service or experiences with Shontell.

I was impressed with Shontell. She was very prompt in responding to any questions and very professional in all dealings. Would definitely use her for a resale purchase.

Shontell has always gotten extremely high marks on this board from people who have purchased from her. She's also an active participant here. I haven't purchased a resale (yet), but I have been keeping an eye out for the right one to come along at the right time, and I would prefer to deal with Shontell when that happens.

I am one of the more critical of resale brokers and wouldn't hesitate to use her if she had what I wanted at the right price.

I have used Shontell twice when she was at The Timshare Store and just this week at Timeshare by Resale. She is great. Hoping to close on another OKW resale in a few weeks.

We contacted her for our first resale, she didnt have what we were looking for but she found it at the Timeshare store and refered us to Jerry. Our closing went just fine. The next time we were looking we contacted her again and she had just what we were looking for. She has been great and very, very helpful. We did encounter a prob with our closing but it had nothing to do with Shontell and she was a big help thru it all and helped us. She was def on our side thru the whole process and I would def recommend her and would use her again.

We purchased a resale from Shontell in December. She was very helpful and we closed quite quickly. As we live in England I was a bit nervous about buying DVC through the internet but she answered all my questions and kept in touch both by Email and telephone. I would recommend her and would definitely use her again.
