DVC Beds…. Why?

Personally, my view on DVC is the bigger complaint is the living rooms than the bedrooms.... The living rooms are way too small, no way for a family to hang out/decompress in most of the villas....

Clearly market research has shown that more DVC buyers are parks warriors than I am... they're just looking for places to put people on a bed...

It's absolutely true. What two bedroom unit can actually house everyone it sleeps comfortably in a common area? Old Key West would be the largest and you still only have five (or seven if you squeeze) true spaces to sit. You need a GV for that.

3 on the couch, 2 on the loveseat, 1 on the fold out chair and 4 around the dining table is 10 seats, plus 4 on the larger patio/balcony. 2 more if you move the chairs in from the 2nd bedroom.
