DVC Availability Sept 3

Not much availability to swap resorts at the 7 month window on 9/3, the night before the Member Cruise. We have a 9-10 hour drive so was planning on arriving on Saturday. Wondering if we should keep WDW or try and switch to Vero Beach? Proximity to the parks may be too much temptation and since I can’t get an AP, it will be costly $$.

On the DVC MC thread here, we are thinking to organize a meet the night before. Maybe at TTOTW, or someone suggested Wine George.
