We are going in September for a family reunion trip but our daughter will be going on another trip with her grandparents in may of 2015. We were going to buy just our daughter an annual pass, is this fine to do? Had anyone done it?
We are members and the first trip when we pick it up we will be with her.

The only requirement relates to purchase. You can purchase a DVC priced AP for an immediate family member that resides in your household. The DVC Member must show their DVC Member ID card and any adults (ages 18+) must show a photo ID with the same address as the member at the time of purchase. Once purchased, an ID would be needed to issue a new AP if lost or forgotten. An ID is also required to receive any AP discounts (dining/merchandise).

So would we just show our Memeber card and IDs when we pick it up? She will be 4 when we go in September.
Sorry I worry and like to do things by the rules. I know she qualifies as she is our daughter and lives with us.

You're not breaking any rules.

You may want to give the grandparents a photo copy of your DVC Member ID card and your photo ID, just in case her AP gets misplaced on the trip without you.
