My DH has a 10 day Non Exper w/ ph. We are going on a trip in Nov for 5 days and have a 6 day trip planned next June. I was thinking of upgrading his park tix to a DVC ap because even though he isn't a big park person I don't want to our Nov trip to be spoiled cuz i'm thinking no I don't want to waste a day on his tix for walking over to the f&w for a snack if its only for say an hour on arrival day. I paid $497.95 for the 10 day tix and it looks like the dvc ap is 424.94. Are my numbers correct and if so, will they reimburse me for the difference?

No, they will not refund the difference in price. If his park ticket has already been used the upgrade would have to have been done within the first 14 days of use.

I have a similar situation. I bought APs for us last year and plan to activate them during our next trip in December. We still have a few days left on our non-exp tickets, so we'll use the AP for the 3 trips we have planned over the next calendar year and save the non-exp tickets for our trip after our AP expires. It worked out great for us that it happens that we will be bale to squeeze 3 trips in and really get our money's worth out of the AP. I doubt that will happen again anytime soon -- we will probably have max 1 or 2 trips each year.
