I'm not sure if this is the right board to ask this on, so if not please move it! My brother bought a DVC AP last July. He cannot find it now and we are trying to take a quick trip down. Is there anyway guest services can look it up for him and print him a new one? He does not have the receipt since it was last year, but we thought since his name was attached they might be able to.

Guest Services can look it up and reissue. They'll check his ID first.

As long as you are talking about a fully activated AP, and not a voucher, then as DVC-Don said..no problem. Present ID and they'll print a new one.

Awesome! I figured they could, but wanted to double check! He got it last July and has used it several times, but he assumed he would not be back before July 6th so he didn't bother keeping track of it.
