DVC Annual Pass Question

One other perk that can be added for $50, if you are interested... Disney Dining Experience. This can NOT be added while at Disney. We tried everything, but to no avail...

We purchased our DVC AP on line and printed out our vouchers at home. DDE said the only way to order it was to call them when we got to WDW and picked up our actual AP's. They would have our DDE voucher at Epcot guest relations by 5:30pm on Monday. Anyone ever done this? We leave Sunday and I am a little leary about the whole process. I did call DDE 2 different times and spoke to 2 different people and both told me the same thing.

Bought my AP's at DTD....there was a booth there and no lines! I bought DDE and they told me if I don't see my cards before I head down to call them by Friday (the 12th) and when I get there stop at Guest Realtions at Epcot and they will be waiting for me there Sunday (14th). DDE office isn't open on weekends I believe.

You should be able to use the AP voucher number to purchase your DDE ahead of time. Unless this has changed very recently. A lot of people on the DIS have done this.

Does anyone know if I can use a one day ticket to get credit towards purchasing the AP with the DVC discount? It is a one day exp. no-hopper, I only bought it so I could get the free dining.

Yes, you can do that - Once you have the ticket in hand, it is yours to do with as you choose. That includes using it as a credit towards the purchase of a DVC - discounted AP/PAP

take the friendship boat from bwv or bcv to the back entrance of epcot. They will sell you the annual pass. You must have your dvc number to verify for the discount. She even gave me an fast pass for soaring at that booth. There was no one at all at the counter buying tickets. Then we walked right into epcot.

This would be great for us (we are staying at BCV)! Where do you pick up the passes?
